I'm Jason, a confident and creative Authorised Marriage Celebrant who loves all things love and most of all getting to work with couples as they 'tie the knot', 'do the I-do's' and celebrate their commitment and partnership together.
As a celebrant I bring a distinctive mix of warmth, humour and sincerity, and am told I have a natural gift for tuning into couples, understanding them as individuals to help achieve the perfect wedding ceremony.
Every wedding I officiate is proudly unique and a true reflection of the couple, their love and the hopes and dreams they share for their special day and future ahead.
While your ceremony is guaranteed to be memorable, personable and meaningful, you can also be assured that it will be seamlessly organised, smoothly managed and filled with plenty of laughter, happy tears and joy!
I became a celebrant as I genuinely love working with couples, sharing in their story, and helping to create the best ceremony and celebration as they move together into the next chapter of their lives.
I was a teacher for over 15 years, specialising in the Creative and Performing Arts. I've had an active involvement throughout my life in the world of drama and theatre and I have worked as a professional writer, presenter and MC for various functions and events.
I'm a confident and engaging public speaker and have the performance skills and personality to deliver a memorable and special ceremony. My interpersonal skills allow me to establish genuine relationships and understanding with each couple to then craft their own unique and perfect ceremony. On top of this, I'm extremely organised and have incredibly high attention to detail, so you can rest assured that your ceremony will be seamlessly organised, run smoothly and allow you to enjoy every aspect of your day!
I'm very happy to travel for weddings across NSW (and beyond!?). I've performed weddings throughout Sydney, in the Hunter Valley, the Coffs Harbour coast, and throughout regional NSW.
Whatever your vision and hopes are for your ceremony and day, I'm flexible and very open to working with you to help make your dreams come true!

COMMITMENT CEREMONIES
Commitment ceremonies, while not legally binding, are equally heartwarming and special. They encompass all of the elements of a wedding, just minus the legal aspects.
ELOPEMENTS
For when you want to keep things simple or a little low key. The two of you, me and two witnesses. I am happy and very open to travelling for destination weddings. Paper only weddings are also available.
VOW RENEWALS
Celebrating the reaffirmation and renewing of your wedding vows. Whether it's a special milestone or occasion, these non-legal ceremonies can be done any time after your wedding.

We can then arrange a meeting, phone call or zoom chat to figure out all of the potential details and if you feel that I'm the right celebrant for you.
LOCK IT IN
Once it's all locked in and confirmed we'll meet up formally and go through all of the details of what you envision for your day, During this catch up we'll also fill in your Notice of Intent to Marry - a legal document that needs to be completed at least one month prior to getting married.
WE CREATE THE PERFECT CEREMONY
I'll work through all of the details you have given me to craft your perfect ceremony. We'll collaborate to make sure it's refined and exactly as you hope. If you'd like a rehearsal before your day this can also be arranged.

Let's get you both married! Time for your wonderful wedding ceremony, and then let the celebrations begin! Following your wedding I'll complete and lodge all of your legal paperwork and take care of the administration details for you.
